KUMHO TIRE is an affiliated company of KUMHO ASIANA Korea Group, specialized in manufacturing and supplying tires with 9 factories spread over the world. PTH Boiler capacity of 18 tons/h fabricated and installed at Kumho Tire Binh Duong factory.
The boiler capacity of 18 tons/h project for Kumho Binh Duong is the boiler, water pipe, 4 passes. Designed capacity of 18 tons steam/h, fuel used by wood pellets 160-180kg/ton of heat generated expected 4095kcal/kg.
With many years of experience in the field of manufacturing, PTH boiler has been gradually asserting a firm position in the boiler industry. New technology is always updated with professionalism in each project along with experienced workers. We always meet and satisfy the needs for our customers.
Since beginning the project, our technical staff has been focused on designing and updating its’ implementation of the most optimal technology for the Kumho boiler system. In addition, to ensure the progress of the steam supply of factory, our production department and all workers at the factory have worked hard to meet the progress requirements of customers.
After 5 months of working, at the beginning of August 2020, PTH Boiler completed the instruction on operating and transferring the 18 tons/h boiler system to be ready for the steam supply factor. Kumho Tire is a large company with strict requirements of operation, input, output of the whole boiler system.
Therefore, the combination between PTH Boiler and Kumho Vietnam Company is not only meaningful for the long-term cooperation in the future, but also to go up and develop together.
For PTH Boiler, this project is a step to complete and become bigger than ever.
