In Nov 2019, PTH BOILER as the main contractor, continued to cooperate with the investor, Loc An Food Company, to transport and erect two industrial boilers of 5 tons/h and 3 tons/h respectively, and with design pressure of 5Bar, using Biomas of fuel.
It is expected that two projects will be completed and get ready to use on 30 November, 2019.

Lò hơi 40T/h sẽ được gia công chế tạo tại chân công trình nhà máy Miza Thanh Hóa. Sau 3 tháng làm việc và lắp đặt , chuyển giao hệ thống sẽ dự kiến cấp hơi chính thức vào ngày 11/11/2020.
Boiler capacity of 40T/h will be fabricated and made in Miza Thanh Hoa factory. After 3 months of working and installing, transferring the system will be scheduled for official steam supply on 11/11/2020.
The main equipment was created by PTH Boiler workers under the typical sunshine and wind of the central VietNam in the last days of summer. In mid-August 2020, PTH Boiler has a chance to continue to cooperate with International Agricultural Nutrition Joint Stock Company (ANCO) while developing boiler project for the MNS FEED Nghe An factory.
PTH Boiler designed, manufactured and supplied the boiler system, water pipes with a capacity of 6 tons/hour. Working pressure 10bar, the calorific value supplied to the production line reaches approximately 200 degrees Celsius
Anco Nghe An boiler also uses Biomass (rice husk, sawdust) fuel because of the economic benefits over the previous boiler system.
The project is expected to be completed and officially operational in mid-December 2020.

KUMHO TIRE is an affiliated company of KUMHO ASIANA Korea Group, specialized in manufacturing and supplying tires with 9 factories spread over the world. PTH Boiler capacity of 18 tons/h fabricated and installed at Kumho Tire Binh Duong factory.
The boiler capacity of 18 tons/h project for Kumho Binh Duong is the boiler, water pipe, 4 passes. Designed capacity of 18 tons steam/h, fuel used by wood pellets 160-180kg/ton of heat generated expected 4095kcal/kg.
With many years of experience in the field of manufacturing, PTH boiler has been gradually asserting a firm position in the boiler industry. New technology is always updated with professionalism in each project along with experienced workers. We always meet and satisfy the needs for our customers.
Since beginning the project, our technical staff has been focused on designing and updating its’ implementation of the most optimal technology for the Kumho boiler system. In addition, to ensure the progress of the steam supply of factory, our production department and all workers at the factory have worked hard to meet the progress requirements of customers.
After 5 months of working, at the beginning of August 2020, PTH Boiler completed the instruction on operating and transferring the 18 tons/h boiler system to be ready for the steam supply factor. Kumho Tire is a large company with strict requirements of operation, input, output of the whole boiler system.
Therefore, the combination between PTH Boiler and Kumho Vietnam Company is not only meaningful for the long-term cooperation in the future, but also to go up and develop together.
For PTH Boiler, this project is a step to complete and become bigger than ever.

The boiler capacity of 5T/h system for Habeco Thai Binh Beer factory is transferred with a working pressure of 8bar with boiler efficiency reaching 85% of capacity. The main fuel of this system is Biomass: fresh sawdust, industrial waste (scrap, shoe soles, sponge), craft village humus, rice husks, wood chips…

The project implementation process is sensitive in the time of the Coronavirus epidemic, but PTH Boiler has actively prevented the epidemic and followed the recommendations of the Ministry of Health. All staff always wear face masks, wash their hands, disinfect and measure their temperature before coming to work.
All PTH Boiler staff have been really serious regarding Corona virus prevention during production. As a result, the thermal oil boiler capacity of 4 million kcal project has reached the final stages to get ready for use. It is expected to be completed with delivery to customers in early October 2020.

Phuc Truong Hai Co., Ltd. was fortunate to cooperate with Proconco Can Tho One Member Company Limited in the installation of the boiler capacity of 15T/h. The boiler is manufactured according to ASME – 2017 standards (Section I), and the exhaust gas into the environment ensures the current emission standards QCVN 19: 2009/BTNMT.
PTH Boiler maintains responsibility for materials quality requirements and engineering of project. We are confident that we earned the satisfaction of the Proconco Can Tho Company Limited while doing the construction and production of the Boiler capacity of 15T/H.
